Gentrification is not always detected at the time by the society, politics, and planning to carry out interventions that mitigate its adverse effects. Its implications are so important in the physiognomy social of cities, which will be relevant to every tool that allows you to predict or evidence of any kind of sign of gentrification.

Se propone la realización de un Informe sobre la gentrificación en el ámbito de trabajo de la actuación urbana, proponiéndose la detección de ámbitos vinculados a procesos de gentrificación, ya sean incipientes o asentados. Para ello, se usarán metodologías de extracción de información basadas en técnicas de minería de datos procedentes de las ciencias de la Inteligencia Artificial. Los resultados identificarán perfiles urbanos a los que el estado del arte ha atribuido gentrificación permitiendo la detección temprana de procesos semejantes en los ámbitos propios y cercanos de las actuaciones urbanas a evaluar.
